The threats that loom in our collective future — the climate crisis, widening economic gaps, and social polarization, to name a few — will require founders, funders, philanthropists, and decision-makers that understand how to share power, leverage diverse resources, and prioritize equity and solidarity.

Support 175+ young professional fellows annually as they learn how to practice solidarity and discover new approaches to systems change, philanthropy, and social impact work.
Fund panels, giving circles, and community action for our 700+ alumni as they bring YCore’s values to their peers and workplaces.

Build new curriculum and events that meet the ever-evolving needs of our community.
