    Build self-awareness about your values, purpose, and the nuances that accompany your privilege and position in society.

    • Practice talking about complex relationships to privilege with nuance and generosity.

    • Share your story and hear others’ while exploring how your values have informed your path.

  • Think systemically

    Discover (or refresh) an understanding of systems thinking and how it applies to social justice work.

    • Investigate how your nonprofit partner interacts with systems through a guided gap analysis.

    • Explore your personal history and relationship to the systems that shape inequality in our society.
